How are we doing?
Customer feedback is crucial for any enterprise. For the City, our customers are our citizens, who pay taxes and benefit from the many services we provide. But many people are too busy to make it down to Common Council meetings, and so we often hear feedback from only a small section of the population.
Through sampled annual surveys, the City can get a clear picture of how it services are being utilized by the entire community. We can learn what’s working and what is not, and use this information to improve services, lower costs, and make more informed decisions about moving Ithaca forward.
